Need Some Sun Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using www.needsomesun.com ("the Site") operated by Need Some Sun ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.needsomesun.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

[Products and Returns] If any Need Some Sun product fails to meet your expectations, please contact us immediately to discuss the next course of action.

All custom collars, custom leashes, supplements and beds are FINAL SALE. This policy has been implemented to keep all clients’ health in consideration and possible aversions created by “sharing” products. We want to ensure that all of these products are always new for you!

Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately to discuss the method of return.   Shipping a product back to Need Some Sun is at the expense of the customer.   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will gladly reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less any charged shipping fees, or send you a replacement item for exchange. Custom orders, items purchased with gift voucher, and all clearance items are final sale. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and/or accessories within 30 days of your original order date. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition and will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Need Some Sun reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

At Need Some Sun, we strive to provide great customer service and treat every situation personally. We wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these exchange and return policies, so that we can continue to provide you quality products.

{Intellectual Property]  The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Need Some Sun and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

[Termination] We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

[Links To Other Sites] Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Need Some Sun.

Need Some Sun has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

[Governing Law] This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

[Changes To This Agreement] We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
