The Halo Tug is a perfectly round bungee toy with handle and toy all in one. Approximately 10inches in diameter. As always, our bungee toys are made with aircraft rated bungee and soft fleece for your hands! These toys can be made with faux fur, rabbit, or shaggy sherpa.
