Need Some Sun Return Policy

All purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Please see any warranty information on products before return. 

We do stand behind all our products but do realize that toys and pet-products, although durable, will not last forever.

Damaged goods will not be accepted unless given express permission from Need Some Sun staff.

If your items are damaged in shipping please let us know immediately and do not sign for them as they are then the responsibility of the shipping company.
