The Mini Halo Tug is a smaller perfectly round bungee toy with handle and toy all in one, only about 6.5" in diameter!  As always, our bungee toys are made with aircraft rated bungee and soft fleece for your hands!  These toys can be made with faux fur, rabbit, or shaggy minky.
